One of the few Indian Companies to achieve QS 9000 & TS 16949

Pune 20: Pune based Panse Group of Companies comprising of Panse Autocomps Pvt. Ltd & Autocomp Corporation, engaged in manufacturing of Automotive Sheet Metal Pressings , Aggregates and Tubular Assemblies for last 17 years . The company has acquired for all its plants the highest Quality Certification namely QS 9000:1998 & TS 16949 : 1999 certification from TUV GmbH. The company got ISO 9001:2000 before QS 9000: 1998 & TS 16949 : 1999.

The ISO 9001:2000 adopts the process approach while developing, implementing & improving the effectiveness of Quality Management System to enhance Customer Satisfaction. The QS 9000, which is the proprietary standard of the Big Three -Ford, Daimler Chrysler and General Motors, encompasses the Business Planning process to monitor the Short Terms and Long Terms targets. Customer Satisfaction is the focal point. Proven Management Tools such as Advance Product Quality Plan, Failure Mode Effect Analysis help to build Quality in Product and Process to meet Customer requirement. Continuous improvement, Facility and Tooling Management, Measuring System Analysis and Statistical Techniques help for better process control.

This Group has further achieved TS 16949 certification, which is a rare fate.
